"Mod Ratings" - Mod ratings are based on
personal preference of the site author, Paul Nortness. If your
favorite mod scored lower than you expected, or you worked on
a mod that didn't score as well, it is nothing personal.
"Top Mod Award" - The Top Mod award will
be given out to mods that constantly pull my attention and
time away from the many other things in my life. It doesn't
mean that the mod may be super super good, it may just mean
that I really like the cars in the mod and enjoyed playing
with them. Beta or Demo releases will not be eligible for the
"Top Mod" award.
